I am a Certified Reiki Master and BreathWork Facilitator.

I practice and embody many things, but most importantly, I'm a human being in pursuit of happiness. My passion for energy wellness allows me to help others navigate the contrasting moments that appear throughout life’s journey. My experiences with failure - and the challenges of life - have helped me become my most authentic self.

I am an Aries, Mother of 3 Daughters and Grandmother of 4 Grandchildren. My hobbies include creating, cooking, traveling, hiking, mountaineering (Mt. Kilimanjaro!), speaking and hosting friends in my home.

I have achieved status as Reiki Master. I'm a Breathwork Facilitator, and I have integrated healing into my Artwork. I am connected and comfortable with Spiritual Coaching. Most recently, I became certified as a Hypnotist. I use my certifications and education in order to help others get in touch with their highest self.
