Begin with Intention
Greetings Beloved!
A new week is upon us and it's so important to begin our week with intention and with gratitude in our hearts. Stepping into gratitude opens our heart center and allows us to experience ever now with love and kindness.
Below are 10 intentions you can set for your week. Take a moment to ground by simply closing your eyes visualizing yourself grounded to our beautiful earth and to every living thing, take a slow deep breath and begin to say your intentions for this most productive and enlightening week.
I intend to manifest happiness naturally.
I intend to respond first and then react.
I intend to witness Divinity in everyone.
I intend to lead by example.
I intend to be open to success and abundance.
I intend to stop taking things personally.
I intend to forgive others, and myself.
I intend to love unconditionally.
I intend to make meditation a more important part of my lifestyle.
I intend to make someone smile every day.
I encourage you to stay in a space of gratitude and you will see how the energy around you will change. This Thursday I will open the circle with a chat on how to remain grateful even when your experiences are hard. I will then go straight intobreathworkand aguidedmeditation along with a bit of Distant Reiki and Angel Light Weaving. I will give a brief description below of Distant Reiki and Angel Light Weaving. Distant Reiki
Reiki is non-invasive and is used holistically to restore balance in mind, body and spirit while promoting the body's regenerative self-healing ability. Its healing energy connects us on an energetic and spiritual level where the healing work is conducted. To understand this, we must first realize that we are more than our physical bodies. Distant Reiki works because energy is not limited by distance. Distance is a physical limitation only.
Angelic Light Weaving
Light Weaving is inter-dimensional communication with the angelic realm. As I weave I communicate with the angels and act as the angels embodied partner to transmit their information and healing energy to those who are receiving it. Energy sent in this way contains coded information: symbols, shapes and colors known as Light Language. Angelic light weaving can clear blockages and dis-ease from the physical, spiritual and emotional bodies.
