Vulnerability & Showing up for yourself
Hello Beloved,
This morning, before I sat to write this email, I thought about vulnerability and what it means to show up for yourself regardless of what others may think of you. This thought led me to Brené Brown's book Daring Greatly.
I first started studying vulnerability when I heard Brene's TEDTalk some years ago. It had such an impacted on my life and its helped me change how I show up for myself daily. You see, no one explains to you that before you succeed you will first encounter failure. We are never really prepared for the falls, the hurts and the heartbreaks. When we experience these emotions its the very first time we begin to taste vulnerability.
At this point you will choose to see vulnerability as a strength or a weakness. Being vulnerable is daring to be courageous even when fear grips you. On Thursday, I will chat about vulnerability and how it can strengthen you or cripple you: The choice is yours.
This quote from Theodore Roosevelt wraps up vulnerability in the most courageous and most beautiful way. It’s the quote that inspired Brené Brown to write Daring Greatly, and it has given me the courage to show up as I am: Vulnerable, messy and strong, but overall courageous enough to never give up!

I encourage you to stay in a space of gratitude and vulnerability even when it feels too hard to do so, the reward is worth it.
I'm super excited to hold space with you. The structure for this week is all about flow and I invite you to flow with me! I will lead the circle in a light breath work session and straight into a guided meditation along with a bit of Distant Reiki and Angel Light Weaving. Distant Reiki
Reiki is non-invasive and is used holistically to restore balance in mind, body and spirit while promoting the body's regenerative self-healing ability. Its healing energy connects us on an energetic and spiritual level where the healing work is conducted. To understand this, we must first realize that we are more than our physical bodies. Distant Reiki works because energy is not limited by distance. Distance is a physical limitation only.
Angelic Light Weaving
Light Weaving is inter-dimensional communication with the angelic realm. As I weave I communicate with the angels and act as the angels embodied partner to transmit their information and healing energy to those who are receiving it. Energy sent in this way contains coded information: symbols, shapes and colors known as Light Language. Angelic light weaving can clear blockages and dis-ease from the physical, spiritual and emotional bodies.
