Releasing Fear & Accepting Change
Hello Beloved,
Let's start our week by letting go of things that are no longer are serving to us. By setting aside 5 - 10 minutes to do intentional breathing you're allowing yourself to receive self-love and care. Take a moment to find a quiet space and allow yourself to take a couple of slow deep breaths in and out. With every inhale let the word "LET" be your mantra and with each exhale let the word "GO" be your release, do this for as long as you feel comfortable focusing on your breath. Today I encourage you to give yourself the gift of breathing and letting go.
Here are 5 affirmations to help you let go and let life happen now!
1. Accepting Change:
Today I will be open to the process of change. I will trust my Higher Power and believe that the place where I’ll be dropped off is better than the place where I was picked up. I know that change is necessary to take me wherever I need to go.
2. Loving Myself Unconditionally:
Today I will work at loving myself unconditionally. Sprit (of course you can substitute Spirit with the word you use when connecting to divinity), please help me let go of self-loathing and other unproductive behaviors. Today, I want to hold myself in high self-esteem. I know I have the power to do this.
3. Releasing Fear:
Today I will let go of my need to be afraid. I welcome peace, trust, acceptance, and safety into my life.
4. Taking Risks:
Today I will ask for assistance in letting go of my fear of failure . . . and success. I will ask for help in fully living my life so that I can start experiencing all the wonderful parts of my journey.
5. Taking Time for Meditation and Prayer:
Today I will take a moment for meditation and prayer. I know that I’m a co-creator with Source/Spirit/God, and I am loved and supported. Through meditation and prayer, I have faith that I will hear my inner guidance and trust the process.
Breathwork & Meditation Circle:
This week's meditation will focus on letting go of the things that aren't serving to us. I understand the at times it can seem easier to stick to what we've known but as we surrender and trust the process our paths will continue to be revealed allowing us to see the beautiful beings we are.
I'll begin by opening the circle with breath work which will activate the flow of energy through your body. I'll do a guided meditation along with a bit of Distant Reiki and take you on a visual journey. I've given a brief description below of Distant Reiki and Angel Light Weaving as a reminded of how these modalities benefit you. I hope you will join me on Wednesday at 8pm EST.

How to prep for this session, first find a space in your home that will allow you to feel comfortable and at ease. I recommend the following items to elevate your experience;
An Open Heart
To receive and send gratitude out into the world
Water
Water is life and flow
Candle
At the end we send love & blow the candle with intention
Blanket
As you become relaxed the temperature of your body drops and you may feel cold or chilly
Headphones (I really encourage the use of headphones)
It reduces interruptions and noise and you can go deeper into the meditation
Journal
Great way to capture your experience after you're done with the meditation
