Starting with Gratitude
Hello Beloved,
Happy Tuesday! I hope you had a wonderful weekend full of moments of gratitude, and now you're ready for a purposeful and intentional rest of the week. When we start our day with intentions and affirmations it will shift the energy in ourselves and around us. If you feel like you need to step into gratitude, I encourage you to take a moment center yourself, open your heart center and say the affirmations below. They will lift your vibration and fill you with gratitude.
I am learning to be grateful for what I have while being excited for what has yet to come.
I am eternally grateful for the love I am capable of giving and for the love I have yet to receive.
Whatever has happened, and whatever does happen, I’m certain that I can be grateful again.
I am grateful for the helpful guides that sometimes appear in disguise to usher me back to love.
I am grateful now, and that is keeping the door open for more blessings.
Even devastation is an opportunity for transformation, and my gratitude evolves as I do.
I welcome all of the ways the universe wants to bless me.
If I approach this situation/experience/person with appreciation, I will be held in the arms of abundance.
Whatever I see, I trust that the universe is supporting my highest good. I choose to see this season of my life, then, through the eyes of appreciation, as best as I can.
My thanksgiving is perpetual; it survives every obstacle because I am willing to keep it alive.
I will join you as we stay in a space of gratitude and vulnerability, even when it feels too hard to do so the reward is worth it.

I'm excited to hold space with you on Wednesday. The flow and energy for this week is all about the heart center. I invite you to step into your power and flow with me! I will lead the circle in abreathworksession and straight into aguidedmeditation along with a bit of Distant Reiki and Angel Light Weaving. I've given a brief description below of Distant Reiki and Angel Light Weaving as a reminded of how these modalities benefit you. I hope you will join me on Wednesday at 8pm EST.
